Kia Ora, I'm Angus, I am addicted to music and sports, making people laugh and putting my full effort into anything I do.
I have embraced the opportunity at Broadcasting School and loved every second of it. Even when we have struggled through adversity this year, I have shown eagerness to complete tasks and a desire to help others create opportunities to excel. Being challenged is inevitable in life, how you respond to the obstacles is what defines you.
My previous study experience includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Exercise from the University of Massey, and training as a physical education teacher. I have a great perspective on Kiwi culture and have a range of life experiences from teaching, coaching, and living all over New Zealand.
I believe I have gained the respect of my peers and tutors with my work ethic, dedication, and enthusiasm to be supportive and approachable with problems that need solving. I have excellent soft skills, and always strive to be a positive experience to work with.
I would love to be in programming, on-air, creative, sports reporting or colour commentating, and anywhere in the industry where I can utilize my passions to produce the best work.
